Bradley County authorities say a man has been charged with two counts of child rape involving a 9-year-old victim. Officers say the incidents took place earlier this year allegedly by Brent Austin Miolen. Investigators say Miolen is a member of the U.S. Army. Cleveland police worked with the U.S. Army’s Criminal Investigation Division and that led to Miolen being indicted last month by a grand jury. Miolen was recently arrested at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. This morning (Friday, September 15, 2017), Miolen is now being held in the Bradley County jail under $100,000 bond.
