Spring City Hall will be moving to 369 Front Street in the previous Simply Bank location soon. The existing municipal building at 229 Front Street will become the new offices for the police and fire departments. Both locations will be closed from July 26-30, 2021. If you need help with other needs, call (423) 365-6441 as all city services will still be in full operation. All of their systems will be down July 26-28, 2021 to move necessary hardware/software between each building. Officials will be unable to accept any payments during these 3 days.
