STABBING IN ROANE COUNTY SENDS ONE TO TRAUMA CENTER, ANOTHER ARRESTED

Harriman police responded to a stabbing this week at a home on Pressley Avenue. Officers arrived to find a man bleeding from a puncture wound to his neck and coughing up blood. The report states the victims granddaughter, 28-year-old Latisha Louise Pressley, allegedly attacked him with a steak knife then fled the scene. He was able to tell authorities he did not know what motivated the incident. The victim was flown to U.T. Medical Center for treatment. Pressley was later located walking near North Roane Street and was arrested for aggravated assault.
