(DEVELOPING STORY) – Crossville police and medics responded to a stabbing late today on Hayes Drive off of Genesis Road. Initial reports indicate a subject was being attacked when a knife was used in self-defense. The wounded individual was transported by Lifeforce to Erlanger Medical Center for treatment. Charges are pending as a result of the incident. More information, including the names of those involved, will be released by the Crossville Police Department tomorrow.
