As America is looking at tougher immigration laws which include building a wall between the U.S. and Mexico, Tennessee legislators are looking at offering cheaper in-state college tuition rates to those here illegally. Such laws are already in place in 20 states. Those that support the bill say that such offers boost Hispanic enrollment and helps those students contribute to the economy. Opponents argue that it just rewards those entering the country illegally.
