Cumberland County deputies went to the Greenwave Market on Westel Road Christmas eve for a reported stolen EBT card being used. Officers encountered 36-year-old Jason Ray Hackler of Rockwood and 29-year-old Amber L. Scott. A check revealed a warrant out of Roane County for both. A firearm was allegedly found in the possession of Hackler reported stolen in Cumberland County. Hackler was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth, theft of property, possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony and unlawful possession of a firearm. A hold was placed on Scott by Roane County authorities. Both were taken to the Cumberland County jail.
