While on patrol yesterday, a Cumberland County deputy saw a U-Haul van in a parking lot on the 5400 block of Highway 127 North. Officers were previously told to be on the lookout for the vehicle as it was stolen in Cookeville. Authorities found several FexEx packages inside with some opened. The driver, 29-year-old Andrea R. Jones of McMinnville, was arrested for theft of property. She was taken to jail and initially placed under a $25,000 bond.
