A stolen vehicle out of Dekalb County was recovered in Cumberland County yesterday and one was arrested. A deputy pulled over the automobile on Genesis Road after the driver, 31-year-old Henry Thomas Butler, allegedly failed to dim bright lights. The arrest report states Butler told officers he was aware the vehicle was reported stolen. Authorities say a search of Butler revealed a narcotic. He was arrested for theft, manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
