Cumberland County deputies recently spotted a person of interest in a car chase at the Exxon Gas Station on North Main Street. Officers made contact with 24-year-old Timothy James “T.J.” Debord of Crossville and detained him. Debord reportedly tried to pull away from deputies resulting in him being taken to the ground. The report states Debord appeared to be under the influence. He was charged with disorderly conduct. A second person with Debord, 20-year-old Randy Thomas Tolle of Crossville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
