(January 28, 2026 | 5:30 a.m. CT): On Sunday, January 25, 2026, power outages across the state peaked at 315,533 as severe winter weather moved through Tennessee. Thanks to the tireless, around-the-clock work of utility crews and linemen, that number has dropped to 126,299 as of 5:30 a.m. CT on January 28. While restoration efforts continue, progress is being made every hour as crews work to safely restore power to remaining customers. �
