Cumberland County deputies were called to a residence Tuesday in the Tansi community for Theft of Services. Upon arrival, they spoke with a woman who stated she lives in Knoxville during the winter months and received a call from the South Cumberland Utility District about her water bill being $600. She went to her summer address to see if there was a leak, and instead found a water hose that ran from her service address to another residence belonging to Shawn Sammons. She reported that the flooring in her home was warped from water damage.

She took photos of the flooring and the water hose stretched across her backyard. This case is currently being investigated.
