A man added to the TBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted list after a shooting late last month in Lenoir City has surrendered. Officers say 40-year-old James Michael Smith was processed at the jail Friday night on charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and aggravated child abuse. Smith reportedly shot the victim on June 26 while they were sitting in two different cars at Riverview Manor Apartments on Industrial Park Drive in Lenoir City.
