A man from Chattanooga has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted list. Demetrius Delaney Buchanan is wanted by the Chattanooga Police Department and the TBI on charges of first degree murder, reckless endangerment, and employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. Investigators said he has a history of drug-related charges and possession of firearms. They said he should be considered armed and dangerous. The TBI described Buchanan as a 23-year-old African American male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5’10” and weighing 160 pounds. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 1-800-TBI-FIND. The TBI said there is a reward of up to $2,500 being offered for information leading to Buchanan’s arrest.
