The TBI is investigating the death of an inmate at the Anderson County Jail last month. Officers say 53-year-old Patricia Jones of Oliver Springs was in jail on charges of forgery and theft. She was found dead inside her cell the following day. Early indications are she died of natural causes, but District Attorney Dave Clark requested a TBI investigation to confirm the cause of death.
