In a milestone partnership, TCAT Harriman and Roane Medical Center have successfully celebrated the graduation of the very first cohort from their LPN Apprenticeship program.

Program Impact & Funding

• Grant Funded: The initiative was made possible through a Rural Health Care Workforce Development grant.

• Employee Growth: The program provided Roane Medical Center employees with the unique opportunity to enroll in TCAT Harriman’s Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classes as paid apprentices.
