TEENS FALL FROM FERRIS WHEEL AT WARREN COUNTY FAIR
Two teens are okay after they fell from a Ferris wheel ride at the Warren County Fair in McMinnville Friday. According to the investigation, a previous rider allegedly tampered with a “secondary safety pin”, causing the cart to lurch. The boy managed to hang on but the girl was thrown from her seat. She was able to grab a safety pole and hang on for a few seconds before falling to earth. Both were unharmed in the incident. The company, Kissel Entertainment, has moved on to Coffee County, and says that they are taking special precautions and checking the ride daily.
