The Tennessee Department of Health plans to do mass coronavirus testing at Bledsoe County Correctional Complex near Pikeville. The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) confirmed yesterday three staff members and three contract employees at two facilities in the state tested positive for COVID-19. Last week, the TDOC announced that three inmates at the Pikeville facility may have been exposed to a non-state employee who tested positive for COVID-19.
