TENNESSEE TO RELEASE LIST OF NURSING HOMES WITH AT LEAST TWO CASES OF CORONAVIRUS
Starting this afternoon (Friday, April 20, 2020), the Tennessee Department of Health will release a list of nursing homes that have at least two cases of COVID-19, whether it is from staff or residents. Nursing homes are now required to report their cases to the state when they reach a case count of at least two. This comes after a deadly coronavirus outbreak at the Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. More than 100 residents and staff tested positive for the virus and 11 so far have died.
