Tennessee Highway Patrol has released details of a crash on Peavine Road January 16 just before 1 p.m. They say 57-year-old Luis Elias Ambrocio of Crossville was headed south and crossed over into the northbound lane, striking an vehicle head on. The other driver, 81-year-old Robert E. McDonald, and his passenger, 80-year-old Sharon L. McDonald, both of Crossville, were both taken to Cumberland Medical Center with minor injuries.

Ambrocio, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was uninjured. He was charged with reckless driving, driving without a license, and driving with no insurance.
