TENNESSEE HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS PERSON-OF-INTEREST IDENTIFIED IN SEVIER COUNTY FATAL HIT AND RUN
There may be new information concerning the search for the hit-and-run driver that left a 13-month-old child dead in Sevier County Wednesday. Thursday afternoon, the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that, with the assistance of the Sevier County District Attorney’s Office, they have identified a person-of-interest along with a vehicle matching the description of the red Pontiac Vibe that hit the child. As of early Thursday evening, no charges had been filed and no one had been taken into custody.
