Tennessee lawmakers today honor the courageous acts of Tucker Tapp of Morgan County. Tucker is a fifth grader at Oakdale School who recently saw a fellow classmate choking on his lunch. Tucker jumped into action and performed the Heimlich maneuver saving the students life. The Tennessee General Assembly thanked Tucker and his parents today in Nashville for his heroic act.
