The Brewster County, Texas, Sheriff’s Office said 15-year-old AMBER Alert subject Stormie Clemmer was found safe Wednesday night in Sevierville, CBS affiliate WBNS reports.

Clemmer was reported missing last week, and an AMBER Alert was issued on June 22.

Andrew Akers, 20, was the man Clemmer was with when they left Texas. He is now in custody of the Sevierville Police Department.

The Brewster County Sheriff’s Office said Akers is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and may have been bringing the girl to the area. They are working to extradite Akers back to Brewster County.
