THEFT AT AMERICAN CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
Yesterday, Cumberland County Deputy Ronald Fields was dispatched to a theft at American Construction Technologies on Highway 70 West. Upon arrival, he met with an Employee who said that he arrived at work around 06:50 that morning and noticed the power was out. The employee contacted the owner to make sure he paid the power bill.
The owner contacted the power company and found no outage or disconnect issues, but when the employee went behind the building, he found the power had been shut off to the building at the meter box. While around the building, the employee noticed that a large aluminum box called a Headache Box for semis was missing as well as two aluminum box containers used in semi-trucks missing from the property.
The employee would also find a camera broken off the building. He returned to the office and started playing the camera footage which showed that at approximately 12:40 a.m. a White male could be seen at the back of the property wearing a hoodie and carrying a flashlight.
The male snuck closer to the building and picked up a large limb and struck the camera until it came off the building and then proceeded to
the meter box and turned off the power to the building.
This did occur in Cumberland County Tennessee.
