A Cumberland County grand jury recently indicted 24-year-old Moneisha Deandriea Thomas of Knoxville for statutory rape and officers processed her into the jail under a initial $50,000 bond. She was arraigned in criminal court this morning. Court documents state Thomas stands accused of the act involving a victim between 13 and 15-years-old between August 2019 and January 2020.
