Knoxville, TN- The Tennessee Highway Patrol is searching for a man and woman who fled a traffic stop Tuesday. They originally stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near West Oldham Ave. However, this resulted in a minor crash. Two people were taken into custody, and two fled on foot.
