THREE ACCIDENTS IN ROANE COUNTY

On Tuesday, Roane County experienced three separate vehicle accidents.
Around 5:00 PM, sheriff’s deputies and West Roane County Fire Department officials responded to a single-vehicle accident on Winton Chapel Road, where a car ran off the roadway, resulting in no injuries.
Approximately 15 minutes later, at 5:15 PM, a two-vehicle hit-and-run crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 58 and Mariners Point, attended by South Roane County Fire Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and sheriff’s deputies; two individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Later that night, around midnight, a single-vehicle accident took place on Highway 70 at Firetower Road on Rockwood Mountain, involving a responsive female driver whose hospitalization status remains unclear, with the Tennessee Highway Patrol investigating.
No fatalities were reported in any of these incidents.
