Police officers in Kingston responded to Sutherland Subaru at 531 Gallaher Road for a theft.

The report states items were taken, including tires, extension cords, heaters, and shop vacuums.

Officers reviewed video camera footage showing a grey Toyota Tundra pull up to the business. Two males exited the vehicle and took items. The video showed another person in the automobile.

A short time later, a detective observed a vehicle matching the description parked at 617 Old Poplar Springs Road. Upon interviewing individuals at the residence, Caleb Knight and Bradley Samples admitted to taking the items from Sutherland Subaru. Brittany Franklin admitted to being in the truck while the items were stolen.

Knight, Samples, and Franklin were charged with criminal trespassing and theft of property.
