Three individuals from Fentress County are facing numerous charges in connection to a recent burglary. Officers say 33-year-old David Allen Napier, 30-year-old Shawnna Russell, and 33-year-old Erica McCloud, all of Jamestown, Tennessee broke into a residence on Peter’s Ford Road and took several items. Investigators were able to retrieve some of the items from a pawn shop. Napier and Russell are each charged with two counts of aggravated burglary, burglary, vandalism and theft under $1,000 and one count each of theft over $10,000 and attempted burglary. McCloud is charged with two counts of aggravated burglary and vandalism and one count each of theft over $10,000, burglary, theft under $1,000 and attempted burglary. Bonds for Napier and Russell was set at $110,000 and $85,000 for McCloud. The investigation is ongoing at this time and more charges are pending.
