On Friday, April 10, 2026, Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a follow-up investigation on Cane Creek Road involving Jonathan Dickson, who was already on felony drug probation for a prior 2025 conviction. Dickson consented to a search of his home, during which deputies discovered approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine. He was arrested and charged with Manufacture, Delivery, and Sale of Methamphetamine. His bond was set at $64,000, with a court date scheduled for April 15, 2026.

Also present at the scene were Jennifer Key and Jason Stewart. Key was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant from Clay County, stemming from an original charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Stewart was taken into custody on a Violation of Probation warrant out of Smith County.
