THREE ESCAPE INJURY IN A MOTORCYCLE VS. CAR ACCIDENT IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
Three escaped injury following a motorcycle versus a vehicle accident yesterday in Cumberland County. Trooper Bobby Barker says a 2011 Harley Davidson operated by 42-year-old Abraham Mueller of Crossville and a 2005 Toyota Solara driven by 40-year-old Chrystal Chaney of Crossville were both traveling on Highway 70 North. Chaney stopped to turn right on Pomona Road when Mueller was unable to stop and sideswiped the Toyota. The motorcycle left the road and came to rest in a fence line. Mueller and a passenger, 39-year-old Julie Mueler of Crossville, had helmets on at the time of impact. The report states Abraham Mueller was cited for failure to yield.
