A two vehicle accident on I-40 in Cumberland County yesterday left three injured. Trooper Jeremy Newcome says a 2010 Dodge Ram driven by 41-year-old Jose Bernard Montes Hernandez of Gallatin  was traveling east at the 324 mile marker when he rear ended a 2009 Buick operated by 42-year-old Mitchell Deangelo Lemonte of Nashville. Hernandez, who was not restrained, was injured. Lemonte and a passenger in his vehicle, 37-year-old Dionne Smith of Nashville, were hurt. All three were taken to hospitals for treatment. Lemonte and Smith were restrained at the time of impact.
