Three Crossville residents were injured in a head-on vehicle crash in Cumberland County yesterday afternoon. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by 70-year-old Jodelle B. Wind was traveling north on Highway 127 North at Tabor Loop when the vehicle crossed over the center lane and hit an oncoming 2002 Chevy truck operated by 60-year-old Carol A. Brooks. Brooks was taken by ambulance to U.T. Medical Center; a passenger in the truck, 55-year-old Christopher J. Olds, was flown to U.T. Medical by Lifestar for treatment of injuries. Wind was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment.
