THREE TEENAGERS INJURED IN THREE VEHICLE CRASH ON I-40

The Tennessee Highway Patrol says three teens were injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday on I-40 in Putnam County.
The report released yesterday states a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 22-year-old Dennis J. Southworth, a 2020 Ford Explorer operated by 42-year-old Katrina A. Smith, and a 2021 Kia driven by 47-year-old Lisa Bowman were all heading east near mile marker 296 when the chain reaction crash took place.
The juveniles hurt, ages 16, 15, and 14, were in the Ford Explorer.
The report states none of the drivers were injured.
