A tractor-trailer driver in Cumberland County escaped injury following an accident on I-40 at the 334 mile marker late this morning. Troopers say 54-year-old Jeffrey Curry of Arkansas lost control in a curve while traveling eastbound, overturned in a ditch and came to rest after striking a tree. Curry was restrained at the time of the crash.
