(Previous story posted 5:35 p.m. central, Monday, June 14, 2021) – There is an accident at the 323 mile marker on I-40 in Cumberland County. The roadway is temporarily blocked (as of 5:35 p.m. central). Traffic is backed up. If traveling east bound, you can get off at the Peavine Road exit, turn right and take Highway 70 to Crab Orchard to resume on I-40.
