TRAFFIC ALERT – HIGHWAY 127 NORTH – CUMBERLAND COUNTY – There is a vehicle overturned off the roadway near the intersection with Spencer Lane (about a mile south of North Elementary School). It is estimated to be cleared by 3:15 p.m. central time. Traffic is very heavy in both directions.
