I-40 East bound 327 mile marker is still being cleaned up from an earlier cargo fire.  Traffic is backed up to Genesis Road exit as of 1pm today.  Downtown Crossville traffic is very congested from travelers getting off the interstate to avoid the backup on the eastbound. Plus there was an accident at the intersection of Elmore Road and North Main that has traffic slowed.  Additionally, there is a van overturned on highway 70 west near the Cumberland/White county line that has traffic slowed.
