LOUDON COUNTY – (As of 12:00 Central)    Travel advisory for  Interstate 40 Westbound in Loudon County – Just past the 40/75 split, scheduled road work at Mile Marker 367 is causing slowdowns and congestion as far back as the Watt Road exit at MM 369.   The Westbound Left Lane (of 2 Lanes) is Blocked, and the Left Shoulder is blocked at this time.
