Cumberland County –  Interstate I-40 Eastbound at Mile Marker 334 is experiencing backups and delays due to a semi truck extraction from the right median and tree line.  Traffic is down to one lane as the right lane and right shoulder is blocked at this time and will be for the next few hours.  The semi had been stationary in the woods as it left the roadway due to the icy conditions during the most recent snow storm.  Follow 3bmedianews.com and on Facebook as additional information becomes available
