Motorists on I-40 in Roane County should be aware of two road projects that could result in delays.

The first will be this Sunday (November 12, 2023) between mile markers 350 and 360. Drivers should be alert for possible temporary lane closures and rolling roadblocks between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. as crews perform overhead message sign replacement.

The second project will be between mile markers 351 and 352 from Tuesday, November 14 through Thursday, November 16. Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. as crews perform roadway maintenance.
