The trail surrounding the death of one-year-old Levi Beaty will now be heard in Loudon County. Amanda Beaty and Rodger Dale Prince are charged with first-degree murder in the case. Levi died in June 2014 from trauma sustained. The trial was moved to Loudon County because it was believed it would be hard to find a jury in Morgan County that does not have prior knowledge of the case. A pre-trial hearing in the case will be held September 12,2018 in Loudon County.
