TRUCK, CATALYTIC CONVERTERS STOLEN FROM CUMBERLAND COMPONENTS
On 08/23/21 employee’s of Cumberland Components discovered that over the weekend someone stole a truck from their lot. Video footage shows what looks like a male in a hoodie, riding a bicycle from the back of the lot. The male walks around the trucks in the lot then finds one unlocked with the keys in it. The man starts the truck and drives out the back of the lot towards Best One Tire. The truck is a 1998 Chevrolet 3500 flat bed. The truck is green with a gold stripe down the side.
In a separate incident over the weekend, Cumberland Components also had someone cut catalytic converters from two trucks in their lot. Video footage shows two people walk into the lot from the rear. They get under several trucks and then somehow leave the lot off camera.
