A mother and grandmother are in jail after officials reportedly found a toddler walking alone near a road wearing only a diaper. A motorist saw a child walking alone on a road in Laurel County, Kentucky, yesterday. The driver stayed with the child until deputies arrived. Upon their arrival, officials could not locate the child’s guardians. The toddler was transported to the hospital, where officials discovered large, severe bruises on the child.
