Crossville police observed a vehicle yesterday at Centennial Park after hours. Officers found 41-year-old Lawrence Bible and 45-year-old Melissa Ann Baker inside the automobile. A check revealed Baker had an order of protection against Bible. After authorities reportedly spotted a tourniquet on the passenger seat, police observed a container on top of a purse on the floorboard containing two bags of meth. Both were arrested and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
