In East Ridge, Tennessee, Timothy Kelly, 35, and Bridget Barton, 30, were arrested after allegedly involving a young boy in sexual activity at a welcome center, according to a report by WSMV. The couple picked up the boy, blindfolded him, and took him to a parked car where they engaged in sexual acts.

Barton reportedly asked the boy if he wanted to watch or participate, making physical advances. Both admitted to parts of the incident, with Barton mentioning a “sex drug” provided by Kelly.

Kelly faces charges of conspiracy to commit sexual battery by an authority figure, while Barton is charged with sexual battery by an authority figure, indecent exposure, and solicitation of a minor.
