The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident that took place on Pellissippi Parkway near Oak Ridge Highway in west Knox County last night (Sunday, November 19, 2017). Troopers say a 2015 Nissan Versa went off the roadway through the center median and went down embankment. The vehicle hit a tree and burst into flames. Officers identified the two deceased in the accident as 25-year-old Ashley Webb and 24-year-old Brandon Flores, both from Conway, South Carolina.
