A two-vehicle crash in Crossville on Peavine Road on Tuesday resulted in injuries.

The accident report released today states a 2015 Nissan Rogue driven by 38-year-old Brittany Amanda Parker of Sparta went into a turn lane to get onto I-40. She turned and was struck by a 2016 Honda CRV operated by 35-year-old Tyler James Hull of Jamestown. The impact sent the Nissan into a wooded area next to the Holiday Inn Express.

Parker was transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of suspected serious injuries.

Hull was also taken to the hospital for evaluation of suspected minor injuries.
