The Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to a two vehicle accident yesterday afternoon on I-40 in eastern Cumberland County. Trooper William Morgan says a 2005 Toyota Highlander operated by 77-year-old Marion Goolsby of Tennessee attempted to turn left onto the highway divider from the right lane at the 327 mile marker and was struck by an oncoming 2009 Toyota Tacoma driven by 57-year-old John McGuire of Florida. Neither driver was hurt in the accident.
