TWO FROM ROANE COUNTY ARRESTED FOLLOWING TRAFFIC STOP IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

A Cumberland County deputy observed a vehicle last night on Miller Bypass crossing over the fog line twice in a short distance. The officer stopped the driver, Shellia Ann Dyle of Rockwood, and a check showed a revoked driver’s license. A check of the passenger, 42-year-old Carl Richard Matthews of Rockwood, revealed he was wanted on two warrants out of Anderson County. A check of Matthews allegedly revealed meth. Dyle was arrested for driving on a revoked license while Matthews was taken into custody for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth.
