TWO HURT IN VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON HIGHWAY 127 NORTH IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
A two vehicle accident in northern Cumberland County late this morning resulted in two injuries. Troopers say a 2019 Nissan Sentra driven by 33-year-old Stephen Gayhart from Lebanon tried to turn off Highway 127 North onto Clear Creek Road and went into the path of an oncoming 2006 Chevrolet HHR operated by 50-year-old Rhonda Warden of Clarkrange. Warden and a passenger in her vehicle, 74-year-old Zona Capps of Deer Lodge, sustained injuries. A third passenger in the Chevy, 52-year-old Lora Stewart of Clarkrange, was not hurt. Gayhart was cited for failure to yield.
